At MERNEITH, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order before accepting it from the courier. We encourage you to verify the item (model,size, color, and overall condition).

If you notice any issue with your order, you may refuse the delivery on the spot.
 
Once the delivery has been accepted, the order will be considered final, and refunds or returns cannot be processed.

Please note that shipping fee will always apply ( in case you accept or refuse the order)
